VICTOR: Visible impact of research
Thank you for visiting the #VICTORImpact webpage If you would like to download the VICTOR pack please visit our CLAHRC E-repository About VICTOR We have developed a tool to help collect and make visible the impact of delivering research within an NHS organisation on the organisation itself. After reviewing the existing literature and understanding how this is already captured we have worked with NHS organisations across Yorkshire and Humber to co-produce a framework identifying different domains where impact within an organisation can occur. For example potential impacts are changes in workforce, skills and knowledge, service delivery, patient and carer experience, economic benefits and changes in culture. The tool has currently been piloted across 12 organisations in Yorkshire and Humber and can now be used free of charge across the NHS. ![]() Victor is led by Jo Cooke working with Research Fellows Nat Jones and Judith Holliday (pictured below l-r). ![]() Dissemination Nat Jones presented and exhibited a VICTOR poster at #HSRUK2018 Judith Holliday presented and exhibited the VICTOR poster at the Leeds and York Partnership Research Conference in October 2018. #LYPFTResearch18 Judith Holliday presented at the NHSRD Forum 2018 #RDF2018 Judith Holliday will be presenting at #HSRUK2019 |
